37.26

adeśottuṇḍitamaśmamudgaraprahāreṇa vicālya yathāmārgameva ||

badaramajjākodravalājacūrṇena vā saghṛtena |

śvetacamarāsthitālapatrīstanyamadhughṛtairvā ||

If it bulges in an improper place, it should be extracted along its original path after dislodging it with the blow of a stone hammer; / or with powder of jujube kernel, kodrava, and parched grain mixed with ghee; / or with white yak bone, tālapattrī, breast milk, honey, and ghee.
