vraṇe praśānte prānteṣu nātisparśāsahiṣṇuṣu |
alpe śophe ca tāpe ca niḥśalyamiti nirdiśet ||
When the wound has subsided, its edges are not overly tender to the touch, / and swelling and heat are slight, one should declare it free of foreign bodies.
