sandhigate 'sthivacceṣṭoparodhaśca |
asthisandhigate 'sthipūrṇatā saṅgharṣo balavāṃśca ||
When it has entered a joint, it is like [when lodged in] a bone, and there is obstruction of movement.
When it has entered a bone joint, there is a sensation of fullness in the bone and intense friction.
