tatra yasyāḥ kādācitkārtavaparisrāvāvalpau ca dṛśyete satataṃ ca garbhaḥ prāptātparimāṇādaparihīyamāna eva sphurati |

in that case, if an occasional and scant discharge of menstrual fluid is observed, and the fetus moves constantly without diminishing from the size it has attained;
