40.15

iti tantrasya hṛdayaṃ sūtrasthānaṃ samāpyate |

atrārthāḥ sūtritāḥ sūkṣmāḥ pratanyante hi sarvataḥ ||

hanti yogavaśenāśu cirācciratarācca tat |

śophapāṇḍūdaronmādadurnāmādīnkaroti vā ||

Thus ends the Sūtrasthāna, the heart of the treatise. / For here subtle matters are stated aphoristically and explained comprehensively everywhere.

According to the combination, it kills swiftly, or after a long time, or after an even longer time; / or it produces swelling, anemia, abdominal enlargement, madness, hemorrhoids, and the like.
