valayā somarājyā vā pacet pāṭalayāthavā |
ghṛtamaṇḍasamaṃ tailamānuvāsanikaṃ param ||
Or one should cook [oil] with balā, or with somarājī, or with pāṭalā, / along with an equal amount of the scum of clarified butter; it is supreme as an unctuous enema.
