ācūṣet pūrṇavaktro vā mṛdbhasmāgadagomayaiḥ |
pracchāyāntarariṣṭāyāṃ māṃsalaṃ tu viśeṣataḥ ||
Or one, filling the mouth with clay, ash, antitoxic medicine, and cow dung, should suck [it],
having scarified [the area] within the tourniquet, especially where it is fleshy.
