śayānaḥ śayane chidre virecyo viṣapīḍitaḥ |
muhuruttiṣṭhato hyasya viṣaṃ dūṣayatenilam |
pibedvānto virikto vā yavāgūṃ viṣanāśinīm ||
The afflicted by poison should be purged while lying on a bed with an aperture;
for if he repeatedly stands up, the poison vitiates vāta.
Having vomited or purged, he should drink gruel that destroys poison.
