42.71

pibeccaturthe pūrvoktāṃ yavāgūṃ vamane kṛte |

ṣaṣṭhapañcamayoḥ śītairdigdhasiktamabhīkṣṇaśaḥ ||

In the fourth, one should drink the previously described gruel after emesis is performed;
in the fifth and sixth, he should be repeatedly anointed and sprinkled with cold substances;
