jaladarśanasaṃsparśaśabdebhyo yaśca santraset |
adaṣṭamapi taṃ jahyājjalasantrāsarogiṇam ||
and one who becomes terrified by the sight, touch, or sound of water— / one should abandon that patient suffering from hydrophobia, even if not [visibly] bitten.
