sadārumustāṃ triphalāṃ putrakeṇa tu pāṇḍutā ||
By a capala [rat bite] vomiting, fainting, or thirst [arise]; in that case one should lick / triphalā with devadāru and mustā; but by a putraka [rat bite], pallor [arises],
