klamaścucchundareṇogro grīvāstambho viṣūcikā |
yavanālarṣabhakṣāraṃ bṛhatyau vātra pāyayet ||
By a cucchundara [shrew bite] severe exhaustion, neck rigidity, and cholera-like illness [arise]; / in this case one should make him drink the alkali of yavanāla and ṛṣabha, or the two bṛhatīs.
