caturbhiḥ ṣaḍbhiraṣṭābhirhīnamadhyottamāṃ yavaiḥ |
mātrāṃ viṣasya maulasya prayuñjīta yathāyatham ||
In low, medium, and high doses of four, six, and eight barleycorns [respectively], / one should administer the dose of root-poison as appropriate.
