Having filled a steaming pot with crushed bhallātakas, placed it over an earthen pot that is buried up to the neck in the ground, impregnated with unctuous substance, and sturdy, covered it with a lid, smeared it with black mud, one should steam it with a cow-dung fire. Whatever expressed juice of theirs falls into the pot, one should ingest it mixed with one-eighth part of honey and twice as much ghee. The period is threefold, with ghee and milk, and the rest is the same as before.
