jīrṇauṣadhaśca bhuñjīta ṣaṣṭikaṃ kṣīrasarpiṣā |
pippalīnāṃ sahasrasya prayogoyaṃ rasāyanam ||
When the medicine is digested, one should eat ṣaṣṭika rice with milk and ghee; / this administration of a thousand long peppers is a rasāyana.
