One should consume viḍaṅga powder combined with yaṣṭīmadhuka powder in equal parts with cold water.
When it is digested, one should eat cooked rice with ghee and unsalted mudga soup.
By this, specifically, parasitic worms, hemorrhoids, kuṣṭha, urinary disorders, and medas disorders are removed, and one remains unaging for a hundred years, and so forth, as stated previously.
One should consume these four formulations for a month: viḍaṅga powder with honey and bhallātaka decoction, with honey and āmalaka juice, and with guḍūcī decoction; this is similar to the previous [procedure].
And in all these, month by month, there is an increase of a hundred years of lifespan.
