lekhāmindoḥ saghṛtāṃ sukhāmbunā putriṇī bhavati pītvā puṣṣodayeśvagandhāśṛtena payasā ca bhuñjānā ||
Having drunk the crescent of the moon (somarājī) with ghee and warm water at the onset of menses,
and eating with milk boiled with aśvagandhā, a woman becomes a mother of sons.
