tasmāt buddhimānapāsya yathoktānāhārādidoṣān nirvāhya ca pūrvopacitān rasāyanaṃ vidhivihitamupaseveta ||
Therefore, the wise person, casting aside the said harmful factors of diet and the like, and having purged those accumulated previously, should resort to rejuvenation prescribed according to the rules.
