kuryādekatamaṃ ca sārddhamathavā govāriṇāloḍitaṃ |
kuṣṭhī taddivasāsthito niraśanaḥ sūrye gate 'staṃ pibet ||
A patient with kuṣṭha, having fasted on that day,
should drink one or one and a half of these pills stirred into cow's urine when the sun has set.
