aśvagandhāsitābhīrumedāyugmatrikaṇṭakaiḥ |
kākolīkṣīrakākolīkṣīraśuklādvijīrakaiḥ ||
santarpayanti paritaḥ svān svān bhūtaguṇāṃstanau ||
with aśvagandhā, sitā, abhīru, the two medās, trikaṇṭaka, / kākolī, kṣīrakākolī, kṣīraśuklā, and the two types of cumin, / they nourish everywhere their respective elemental qualities in the body,
