nivṛtte kṣatadoṣe tu kaphe vṛddha uraḥ śiraḥ |
dālyete kāsino yasya sa nā dhūmānimānpibet ||
When the doṣa of the injury has ceased, but kapha has increased, and the chest and head
feel torn apart in a coughing patient, that man should inhale these medicated smokes:
