dṛṣṭvā viṣeṣyamṛtatāṃ ghṛtādau māraṇātmatām |
śāstratatvaṃ na vijñāya sa durātmā cikitsati ||
Seeing that poison can act as nectar and ghee and the like can act as fatal poisons, / that wicked person who treats without understanding the true nature of the treatise [destroys life].
