raktolbaṇāni tu vaṭaprarohavidrumakākanandikāphalābhāni pittalakṣaṇāni ca tathā gāḍhapurīṣapratipīḍitānyatyarthaṃ duṣṭamuṣṇamasṛk sahasā visṛjanti |

Those characterized by an excess of blood resemble shoots of the banyan, coral, or guñjā seeds; they have the symptoms of pitta, and when pressed by hard stool, they suddenly discharge an excessive amount of vitiated, hot blood.
