dīpanaṃ bhedanaṃśuṣkamamlikāṅkolayoḥ phalam |
tṛṣṇāśramaklamacchedi laghviṣṭaṃ kaphavātayoḥ ||
Dried fruit of amlikā and aṅkola is kindling to the digestive fire and purgative; / it dispels thirst, fatigue, and exhaustion, is light, and is beneficial for kapha and vāta.
