7.43

viparīto guruḥ kṣīramāṃsādyairyaśca sādhitaḥ |

iti dravyakriyāyogamānādyaiḥ sarvamādiśet ||

siddhānāṃ sarpiṣāmeṣāṃ dadyādannena vā saha ||

jīvanīyaśṛtakṣīrasarpiṣorupasevanam |

āhāro bṛṃhaṇastatra vṛṣyāste te ca bastayaḥ ||

The opposite is heavy, and that which is prepared with milk, meat, and the like; / thus one should determine everything according to the combination of substances and actions, measures, and so forth. / One should give these prepared ghees with food, / or the administration of milk and ghee boiled with life-promoting herbs; / nourishing food there, and various aphrodisiac enemas.
