and likewise, without sloth, one should do the same for cooking pots and side dishes.

In that [middle age], there is an excess of pitta.
Therefore, there is a blazing digestive fire, excellence and maturity of intellect, and perseverance.
There, youth lasts up to thirty years, and up to forty years there is complete fullness of all bodily tissues, senses, strength, potency, virility, memory, speech, discernment, and humility; beyond this, there is gradual decline.

Its premonitory symptom is debility, delayed digestion, and acid eructation.
Or gruel made with triphalā, pippalī, and cavya, along with karañja leaves.
One should employ a fourth, a sixth, or an eighth part of the paste.
Fumigation performed with bamboo bark, cat feces, husk, vacā, hair, slough of a snake,
elephant tooth, horn, hiṅgu, and marica in equal parts
is supreme for destroying possession by Skanda, unmegha, piśācas, rākṣasas, and gods.
