Sleep indulged in out of season, in excess, / or not at all, destroys happiness and longevity like another night of death. / That creature is inevitably dragged away shortly by the servants of Yama. / Likewise, his digestive fire blazes up, digesting the food and the remnants of the doṣas. / Famed as conferring speech, voice, memory, and intellect, auspicious Brāhmī Ghee is recognized.
