Every two days in spring; at its end [in summer] and likewise at the onset of clouds (monsoon), once every fortnight; according to desire as much as he wishes in early winter and late winter, if strong. / Bathing, body-unguents, fan, moonbeams, meat, asavas, milk, meat broths, and rasālā; / With jaggery, mixed with honey, distinctly sour, and abundant in pepper. / One should puncture the vein as prescribed, or for one satisfied with fatty meat, / One should have him lie down in a windless place; thus he is freed from mental delusion.
