prāṇāyatanamāśritya garbhīrāḥ sarvamārgagāḥ |
dehe 'hitocite te syuścirādapyāśukāriṇaḥ ||
sautrāmaṇyāṃ dvijamukhe hutāśe hūyate ca yā ||
settling in the seat of the vital breath, deep-seated, traversing all channels / in a body accustomed to unwholesome things—they become swift in effect even after a long time.
