There are twenty-four chapters. Following this is the Kalpasiddhisthāna: / The recipe of emesis and purgation, their successful application, preparation of enemas, / Or vṛṣa, gāṅgeyī, ginger, and durālabhā. / A wick after three days; then, when healed, one should expand it gradually, / the ear having been fomented, rubbed, and anointed again with nourishing substances.
