The roots of śāli, kuśa, kāśa, ṣaṣṭika, vīraṇa, darbha, ikṣuvālikā, and ikṣu, / as well as of gundrā and utkaṭa, are sufficient for promoting breast milk.
Penetrating the channels and afflicting the heart, head, and temples.
Lifting it with a needle, one should cut it transversely and burn it at the root of the affliction.
Having whiteness resembling a conch shell, kunda flower, white lotus, or crystal.
