The salty group of substances: rock salt and the like, ending with alkaline salts, tin, lead, and so on.
Medicine is to be administered according to the variation of earth and the following doṣas.
Smeared with kapha, dark, white, with excessive exudation and redness,
burning sensation, obstruction of vision, and fluctuating pains;
