20.24

For the sextet is taught as being more difficult to understand through disorders.

When vāyu, increased while pitta is in its normal state and kapha is decreased,

takes [pitta] from its seat and spreads wherever it may in the limbs,
and one should look to the treatment of pilla-disease;
