Therein, when śleṣman is aggravated, or combined with pitta, or located in its site, or when pitta or vāta is dominated by śleṣman, one should perform emesis;
but in [aggravation of] pitta, or when combined with śleṣman, or when located in its site, or in śleṣman, purgation.
