37.19

There, one should bring out toward oneself that which is against the direction [of entry], and away from oneself that which is along the direction [of entry].
That which is transverse [should be drawn] from where it is easily extractable;
then, having cut, one should remove it.
Or with that which is prepared with sweet and astringent drugs.
And one should fill what is slightly remaining with powder of sarjarasa resin.
