6.13

Lake water is sweet and light; pond water is heavy and provokes vāta.

Cauṇḍa water provokes pitta; spring water removes the doṣas.

And by sour and dry liquor in indigestion, it overflows excessively.

Sandalwood, or goat horn, or hairs, or tendon of cows.

An enema enveloped by doṣas, with obstructed passages, will obstruct vāta.
