The leafy greens pāṭhā, śaṭī, śrūṣā, suniṣaṇṇa, and satīna / destroy all three doṣas, are light, astringent, together with rājakṣava and vāstuka; / they serve to relieve channel obstruction and to promote strength, vital essence, and nourishment.
