Having little meat and the like, clear, they are known as dakalāvaṇika; / one should understand [increasing heaviness] successively in thin soup, meat juice, thick soup, and vegetable dishes; / ginger, citraka, puffed rice, pippalī, āmalaka, and jaggery.
