Buffalo meat is heavy, hot, unctuous, and produces sleep, firmness, and bulk.
Likewise, pork removes fatigue and imparts taste, semen, and strength.
Oils suitable for massage, and an enema treatment likewise;
or with horns and the like, according to the doṣa, one should remove their vitiated blood;
a plaster with ghee, made of padmaka, uśīra, and sandalwood, is desirable.
