Milk with horse gram, with jackfruit, or with fish; heated curds; honey and ghee in equal parts;

water in saline soil; roasted grain flour at night, and those [flours] taken with intervals of water; and similarly barley cakes;

or whose teeth are extremely rough, copper-colored, dark, blackened, spotted with white, covered with tartar, or suddenly fall out;

or whose tongue is crooked, stiff, numb, coated, heavy, dark, swollen, dry, spreading, or as if covered with thorns;

one whose joints of the cheeks, forehead, and jaw are fallen as if displaced from their place;

one whose neck does not bear the head, or whose back does not bear its own weight;

or the jaw or the testicles, or the reverse of this;

one whose urine is exceedingly hot;

one from all of whose hair follicles blood issues without any poison affliction;

one whose limbs are causelessly extremely light or extremely heavy—he is about to die.

Due to the suppression of sexual intercourse, semen that has presented itself, not being expelled, is seized by vāta moving in the wrong path, and gathers between the two testicles; having gathered, it dries it up; then, a dried urinary calculus is formed.

It obstructs the semen channel, causing dysuria, pain in the bladder, and swelling of the two testicles.

And the moment it arises, semen comes forth;

and upon being merely pressed, it dissolves right in that very space.

And on account of its habituation, that very [wine] is best at restoring the balance of his bodily tissues.
