yavān kulutthān kolāni sthālyāmāsicya sādhayet | yavapākāni vijñāya sukhoṣmāṇyavatārayet ||

Barley, horsegram, and jujube fruits—having poured them into a pot, one should boil them. / Knowing that the barley is cooked, one should take them down comfortably warm.
