vasātailaghṛtakṣīramūtramastvamlakāñjikaiḥ | sukhauṣṇaiḥsecayetsvedyaṃsekaḥ sa parikīrtitaḥ ||

With comfortably warm muscle fat, oil, ghee, milk, urine, curd water, sour gruel, and kāñjika, / one should sprinkle the person to be fomented; that is proclaimed as pouring [sudation].
