nācaredatimātraṃ hi bahuśo ' pi pibenmṛdu | kaṣāyeṇa tu dātavyaṃ kaṣāyaiḥ sādhu sidhyati ||

Indeed, one should not administer an excessive dose; one should drink a mild one even many times; / it should be given with a decoction; it succeeds well with decoctions.
