snehayatyatha sarpiś ca piśitaṃ bṛṃhayaty api | māṣā bahumalāś cāpi ślīpadaṃ janayed dadhi ||

And clarified butter unctuates, and meat nourishes; / black gram produces much waste, and curd generates elephantiasis;
