laghu vāpi samāsādya dravyaṃ yo hy atisevate | tallaghvapyatisaṃyuktaṃ koṣṭhe sampadyateguru ||
Or having obtained a light substance, if one indulges in it excessively, / that [substance], even though light, becomes heavy in the alimentary tract when taken in excess.
