bhiṣak caturthaḥ pādas tu sasūtrārthaviśāradaḥ | arogo dṛṣṭakarmā ca kṛtakṛtyeṣu kovidaḥ ||
The physician, however, is the fourth limb, well-versed in the meaning of the aphorisms, / free from disease, experienced in treatment, and skilled in accomplishing what must be done,
