koṣṭhe gulmodaraṃ tac ca garbho ' yam iti manyate | garbho ' yam iti ca vyādhirvarṣamekaṃ bahūny api ||

and that abdominal enlargement from gulma is in the belly, and she considers: 'This is a fetus'; / and thinking 'this is a fetus', she bears the disease for one year or even many [years],
