vastiśīrṣaṃ ca saṃgṛhya dārayanniva tiṣṭhati | viṣaṃ bhavati cāhāro mūrdhānaṃ pratipadyate ||

seizing the head of the bladder, it stays as if tearing it apart; / and food becomes poison and ascends to the head;
