3.6.16

kaṭurhi paścimo vāyuḥ śaity aṃ tīvraṃ cavāriṇaḥ | atyarthaṃ rūkṣayed vāyuḥ śarīraṃ rūkṣabhojāt ||

For the west wind is pungent, and the coldness of water is intense; / the wind would excessively dry up the body because of dry food.
