dahyatāmiva śailānāṃ nṛṇāmaṅgeprakupyati | tataḥ śleṣmā dravībhūto hṛdayaṃ vyapalimpati ||

As if mountains were burning, [the heat] provokes [phlegm] in the bodies of men; / then the phlegm, liquefied, smears over the heart.
